Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Eric Anderson is the founder of Global Insight Solutions and has over 25 years of experience in global equity markets, having worked across Europe, the US, and Asia. He is responsible for overall investment strategy and portfolio oversight at GIS and leads the firm’s flagship Global Smaller Companies strategy. His background combines fundamental bottom-up research with a strong macroeconomic and quantitative foundation, shaped by his training as an economist and his experience managing institutional portfolios through multiple market cycles. Eric is recognised for a disciplined, long-term investment approach focused on high-quality businesses, rigorous risk management, and institutional-grade investment processes. He holds a degree in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jawanza Hughes
Public Equity Investments
Jawanza Hughes is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Global Smaller Companies strategy at GIS and brings over 25 years of experience in US small- and mid-cap equities. He is responsible for US research, stock selection and global portfolio construction within the GIS platform. Jawanza has a strong background in fundamental, valuation-driven investing, with a focus on identifying high-quality businesses trading at attractive discounts to intrinsic value. He is recognised for a disciplined, bottom-up investment approach, rigorous risk management, and a long-term focus on compounding capital. He was previously a founding partner and portfolio manager at Channing Capital Management, where he helped build its Small and Mid Cap Value strategies into established institutional franchises. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Finance from Morehouse College.
Rohit Narang
Private Equity Investments
Rohit Narang has over 30 years of senior experience across international, customer-centric and matrix-driven organisations, with a focus on private market investments. At GIS, he overseas the firm’s private equity initiatives, working closely with family offices and institutional investors across the UK, India, and Asia on cross-border transactions, fund investments, and strategic partnerships. He has previously held chief executive and board-level roles within FCA-authorised businesses and is recognised for his ability to bridge international capital with local execution, governance, and long-term growth strategies.
Paul Brown
Operations & Finance
Paul Brown is responsible for the operational, financial, and control framework of GIS. He is a qualified accountant with over 30 years of experience across the UK and Australia, with a background spanning investment operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Paul has advised and supported asset managers, venture capital firms, and other regulated financial institutions, and brings deep expertise in building robust, institutional-grade operating, risk, and control environments.

Tony leads Distribution and Strategic Partnerships at Global Insight Solutions and brings over 25 years of senior experience across financial services, institutional sales, and organisational leadership. His background spans global business development, relationship management, and the building of high-performance teams across Europe, the UK, and Australia. Tony is recognised for his ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships, build scalable distribution platforms, and embed a culture of sustainable performance, supporting the firm’s growth across institutional and wealth channels.
